Need help with a quote, your account, or an integration? Here's how to reach us and how to handle the most common tasks yourself.
Contact us
Email support@curaquote.com and we'll get back to you within one business day. Subscribing agencies receive priority support.
To help us resolve things quickly, include your account email, the page or feature involved, and — for a quote problem — the lead name or quote reference and what you expected to see.
For privacy requests, including access or deletion of your personal information, email support@curaquote.com and put “Privacy request” in the subject line so we can route it correctly. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Getting a quote
Consumers can request a free quote from the CuraQuote home page. There is no cost, no obligation, and no medical exam is required for an initial estimate. A licensed advisor reviews your details and follows up with personalized options.
Quote figures are estimates. Final premium and eligibility are set by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting.
Account and billing
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset link on the sign-in page.
- Managing your subscription or payment method: open Settings in the app and use the billing portal.
- Adding or removing advisors: go to the Advisors page. Additional licenses can be added at any time.
- Cancelling: cancel from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Zoom integration
CuraQuote offers an optional Zoom integration. Connecting your Zoom account lets CuraQuote automatically create a Zoom meeting for appointments you book with clients and include the join link in the appointment confirmation. This is a single-user integration: each advisor connects their own personal Zoom account, and it affects only that advisor's appointments.
Adding the app
You add the app from inside CuraQuote (the “from your site” flow) rather than from the Zoom Marketplace:
- Sign in to CuraQuote. If you are not signed in, you'll be taken to the sign-in page first.
- Open Settings and scroll to the Zoom Integration section.
- Choose Connect Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom to sign in.
- Review and Allow the requested permissions (create and view your Zoom meetings, and read your basic profile). Zoom returns you to CuraQuote Settings, where the Zoom section now shows Zoom Connected.
If adding the app doesn't work, see Troubleshootingbelow.
Using the app
Feature — automatic meeting links on booked appointments. Once Zoom is connected, any appointment booked with you through CuraQuote automatically gets a Zoom meeting created on your account, and the join link is added to the confirmation shown to the client and sent by email. You don't need to create or paste a link yourself.
Where the meeting actually gets created
The Zoom meeting is created at the moment a client books a time with you — not when you connect Zoom, and not when you generate a quote. Advisors don't book meetings from inside CuraQuote; clients book them from a public booking page. End to end:
- You generate a quote for a lead in CuraQuote (Generate Quote).
- The client receives the quote by email, with the PDF attached. Both the email and the PDF contain a “Book an Appointment” link pointing at your personal booking page.
- The client opens that link and picks an available date and time from your calendar. No CuraQuote login is needed — the person booking is your client, not a user of the app.
- On submit, CuraQuote creates a Zoom meeting on your connected Zoom account and shows the client a confirmation. The join link, meeting ID and passcode are included in the confirmation email and its calendar invitation.
Your booking page is https://curaquote.com/book?advisor_id=<your advisor ID>. Quote emails build this link for you, and you can also send it to a client directly — the result is the same. If you open it yourself you will see your own live availability, and booking a slot creates a real meeting on your Zoom account, so use a time you are happy to cancel afterwards.
If you have not connected Zoom, everything above still works — the appointment is booked and confirmed as normal, and the confirmation simply arrives without a meeting link. Connecting Zoom later does not add a link to appointments that were already booked.
Prerequisites:
- An active CuraQuote advisor account.
- A Zoom account with permission to create meetings, connected via the steps above.
- Availability set on your Schedule page — the booking page can only offer times you have marked as available.
- A client booking a time with you, via the link in a quote email or PDF, or one you have shared directly.
CuraQuote only creates the meetings it schedules for your appointments, and reads your basic Zoom profile so it knows which Zoom account is connected. It does not read your existing meetings. It never joins your meetings and never accesses, records, or stores meeting content, recordings, transcripts, or participant data.
Removing the app
You can remove the integration in either of two ways:
- From CuraQuote: open Settings and choose Disconnect in the Zoom section; or
- From Zoom: in the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps (Installed Apps), find CuraQuote, and select Remove.
What removal/de-authorization does. Either method immediately and permanently deletes the Zoom data CuraQuote had stored for you — your Zoom access and refresh tokens and your basic Zoom profile (user ID, name, and email). When you remove the app from the Zoom Marketplace, Zoom notifies CuraQuote and we delete that data automatically. After removal, CuraQuote can no longer create meeting links, so newly booked appointments will not include a Zoom link until you reconnect. Zoom meetings that were already created remain in your Zoom account and are unaffected — cancel any you no longer need from within Zoom.
Troubleshooting
- Appointments aren't getting meeting links. Open Settings — if the connection expired you'll see a notice prompting you to reconnect. Choose Connect Zoom again.
- “Zoom integration is not configured”. The integration isn't enabled for your environment yet; contact support@curaquote.com.
- Connecting fails partway. Make sure the Zoom account you're signing in with has permission to create meetings, then try again.
- Still stuck? Email support@curaquote.com with your account email and a description of what you were doing.
Lead capture widget
Agencies can embed a lead capture form on their own website. The embed code is available in Settings. Submissions flow directly into your lead pipeline and can be auto-assigned to advisors. If submissions aren't arriving, confirm the embed snippet is present on the published page and that the form's required fields — including phone — are being filled in.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@curaquote.com rather than disclosing it publicly. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated as we investigate.
